New Community comprises Villas and Townhouses that are inspired by Dubai’s Rich History
Al Furjan (meaning “a collection of small houses or a village”), located right next to Ibn Batuta Mall, is a community comprising villas and townhouses that are inspired by the rich history of Dubai. Located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to Emirates Road, Discovery Gardens and Jebel Ali, Al Furjan consists of three-bedroom independent villas, three-bedroom townhouses, five-bedroom villas as well as six-bedroom villas.
The Al Furjan development was designed according to the community living concept and offers more than 4,000 villas with schools, mosques, malls and other amenities nearby. The built-up area for a three-bedroom townhouse starts from 2,500 sq. ft.
It has been established that pricing for villas and townhouses have shown a great appreciation over the past few months. The current price for a three-bedroom townhouse is around Dh2.6 million. The price for the same property used to be Dh2.3 million at the beginning of this year, and considering the demand, the price will definitely reach around Dh3 million before the end of this year.
Inspired by traditional designs, the villas in the first phase of the development comprise two different elegant styles – Dubai and Quortaj. The latter takes elements of traditional North African architecture such as arches and tiling. Buyers can choose between contemporary and traditional Arabian style interiors. The contemporary style is typically minimalist; the Arabian style reflects a refreshing trend reverting towards traditional design.
The villas have been built with plenty of outdoor space including walkways, paths and trees. Each villa has a small garden area which allows for greenery, and also comes with parking spaces.
Al Furjan is well set to become a new benchmark in-terms of community living that future developments would want to emulate.
